Run For The Cookies takes place on Saturday, February 28, 2026, in Berwick, PA 18603. The start and finish are at the corner of Third Street and Market Street in Berwick.
Course and awards
The course is 6.2 miles through the streets and surrounding countryside of Berwick. The start and finish are flat and the middle miles contain rolling hills. The course is wheel measured. Top three male and female finishers receive cookies: 1st - 13, 2nd - 10, 3rd - 8. All finishers receive a cookie. Age group awards are offered in these divisions: 15 & under; 16-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70-74; 75-79; 80 & over. First place in each age group receives 6 cookies and second place receives 4 cookies.
Registration and extras
Online registration opens January 1, 2026 at 12:01am EST and ends Tuesday, February 24. The event entry price is $35. A long sleeve hooded shirt will be offered to the first 150 registered participants or to those who sign up by January 20. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
