September Run for Renee 5k
The event takes place on September 20, 2026 in Quispamsis, New Brunswick. It is a cross country edition held on a certified 5 km course. The route is point to point, mostly downhill for the first 2 km, then with some small ups and downs to the finish.
The start is at the corner of Gondola Point Rd and Vincent Rd. The finish is near the ferry and there is ample parking at the finish area. No transportation will be provided to return runners to the start; a buddy system or other arrangements are expected for returning to the start area.
Registration is online only; the fee is CAD 10.00 per entry. Race day registration is not available. Regular registration closes September 18, 2026 at 11:59 pm Atlantic Time. Entry is capped at 50 runners because the roads remain open to traffic.
This is a no-frills event: no shirts, medals, or chip timing. Refreshments are available at the finish. The race is part of a seven-event series with a points system and small prizes awarded after the final race using the same point and tiebreaking procedures as RunNB.
Bib pick-up is handled at Fairvale Elementary School before the race and participants will be guided as a group to the start. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
