Run For Health 5K

The Run For Health 5K is an annual run/walk event in Houston, Texas. The tenth edition is scheduled for November 14, 2026. The event starts and finishes at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church on Upper Bay Road.

The 5 km course is USATF-certified. Awards include a $300 cash prize for the overall male and female winners, finisher medals for all participants, and trophies for the top three finishers in nine age divisions. Several vendors will be present with giveaways.
