Run for Aaron 5K and 1 Mile Walk

The Run for Aaron event takes place in Vineland, New Jersey, on a Saturday in April. The event offers two distances: a 5K run and a 1 mile walk.

The course is set in the farmland of South Jersey and winds through a rural landscape. The 5K route is USATF certified (NJ0700WB). All proceeds from the event benefit a fund that supports local scholarships and charities in the Vineland area.

For the 5K, awards are given to the top three male and female finishers overall, as well as in several age groups starting from 10 & under up to 70+. Walkers are welcome but must be registered and line up behind the 5K runners. Dogs are permitted to accompany their owners in the 1 mile walk event.

There are several pricing options. Individual registration is $25 for the 5K and $15 for the 1 mile walk. Family pricing allows registering up to 5 people for a flat rate of $40 for the 5K or $30 for the 1 mile. For the 5K, team pricing is available for groups; after a team has 3 members, the cost per member is reduced to $15. The largest team(s) will be recognized.
