Run Caney takes place on Saturday, December 12, 2026, at 194 Caney Lake Parks Road, Minden, LA 71055. The event offers three loop distances around Upper Caney Lake near Minden in the Kisatchie National Forest:

- 6 mile : $27
- 12 mile : $30
Registration opens September 6, 2026. The organizer has covered the usual $5 day-use fee for the park, so participants do not need to pay that fee.
Course and awards
