Run Baby Run is an annual fundraising run and walk held at the Rice County Fairgrounds in Faribault, Minnesota. The event is family friendly and follows a marked route that begins at the fairgrounds. It is the 12th annual edition and offers multiple participation options on measured routes.

Proceeds benefit Pregnancy Options LifeCare Center. Pregnancy Options provides a life-affirming place for women to receive support, truthful information about pregnancy, parenting skills, life coaching, and supplies for their baby. The event includes individual and team fundraising; teams that average the highest total fundraising per participant can win the traveling Cherished Child trophy. Teams require ten or more participants to qualify for the trophy competition.

The event features registration and packet pick up on the day of the event and organizes separate course options. Fundraising is tracked through participant pages and organization leaderboards, and the event lists both fundraising totals and top fundraisers.
