Run and Creep 5k
Run and Creep 5k is the third annual community 5K run and walk organized by Renaissance Athletic Club in Benton Harbor, Michigan. The event takes place on October 17, 2026, at Renaissance Athletic Club, 501 Graham Ave, Benton Harbor MI 49022. The course distance is 3.1 Miles and the entry fee was listed as $30.00. Registration opened on October 29, 2025 and closed on December 30, 2025.
Proceeds from registration fees and sponsorships will first cover race expenses; any remaining funds will be donated to Berrien County Cancer Services in St. Joseph. Berrien County Cancer Services provides oncology nursing care at no cost, maintains a loan closet of medical equipment and supplies, offers wigs and head coverings, and runs programs for children and families affected by cancer. Their services are available to residents of Berrien County who have been diagnosed with cancer or a related illness by a licensed physician.
Volunteer positions and multiple time slots are offered for the event; volunteers receive shirts and food. Packet pick-up is available on the day of the event at the Renaissance Athletic Club. Walking the course is allowed but participants must complete the route within 90 minutes. Event directors reserve the right to cancel the event without refund in case of severe weather.
