Run and Creep 5k
The Run and Creep 5k is an annual running and walking event held in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Organized by the Renaissance Athletic Club, the event is entering its third year. The race serves as a fundraiser, with proceeds beyond event expenses being donated to Berrien County Cancer Services (BCCS). This organization provides home nursing care and medical equipment at no cost to cancer patients in Southwest Michigan.

The course is located at the Renaissance Athletic Club at 501 Graham Ave. Participants are welcome to walk the route, provided they finish within a 90-minute time limit. Registration includes a race shirt for those who sign up by the early October deadline; availability is not guaranteed for late registrants or those not present on race day. Packet pick-up is held on the morning of the event at the athletic club.
