Aintree Half Marathon, 10k & 5k : 10 May 2026
Run Aintree takes place on 10 May 2026 at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool, an established racecourse known for hosting the Grand National steeplechase. The event supports the University Hospitals of Liverpool Charity, which raises funds for equipment, research, staff wellbeing and patient environments across Aintree, Broadgreen and the Royal Liverpool hospitals.

The course is measured with each kilometre marked by flags and staffed by marshals. Entries include a themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results and post-race goodies. The organiser provides a staffed event village with food and drink options and partner giveaways at the finish.
Participants are able to purchase an event t-shirt at a discount when added during entry. The organiser also notes ongoing work on sustainability measures for events.
