Run Aintree Half Marathon, 10k & 5k (May 2026) is a RunThrough UK event held at the Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool. Participants choose from 5K, 10K or a Half Marathon, with the course comprised of laps around the circuit—1 lap for the 5K, 2 laps for the 10K and 4 laps for the Half.
