Run 4 Recovery - Smithfield
Run 4 Recovery takes place September 26 to 27, 2026, at 700 M Durwood Stephenson Parkway in Smithfield, North Carolina. The event supports the mission of Recovery Alive at Temple City Church and brings together in-person and virtual race options.

Registration opens May 27 and closes September 4, 2026. Early bird fees through September 4 are $30 for the 5K and $40 for the 10K; fees increase to $35 and $45 after that date. Entry fees are non refundable.
Packet pickup is available the day before the race at Temple City Church, 1250 South Pollock Street, Selma, NC; race day pickup is at the race start location in Smithfield. All participants receive an official Run 4 Recovery shirt and a finisher medal while supplies last.
Virtual participants may complete their race September 26 to 27 and upload results through RaceJoy. Virtual runners receive the same shirt and finisher medal. Participants may pick up shirts locally or pay $5 to have shirts shipped. Registrations by September 1 that select shipping are guaranteed delivery by race day; registrations after September 1 are not guaranteed to arrive by race day.
Awards include top two overall male and female finishers, top two male and female in each age category for both races, fastest team, and largest team. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
