Event overview
Run 4 Health is a community 5k run/walk held in Crestview, Florida on Saturday, April 18, 2026. The event is presented by the Okaloosa County Community Health Improvement Partnership (OCHIP) in support of the Early Learning Coalition of the Emerald Coast. All sponsorships, donations, and event proceeds will benefit the Early Learning Coalition and are treated as undesignated funds unless a donor specifies otherwise.

The 2026 theme is "Running Through the Decades." Participants are invited to wear attire from a chosen decade; prizes will be awarded for best dressed individual and best dressed group. Awards for runners and walkers include Overall Male and Overall Female, plus male and female 1st-3rd place in age groups.
