Rudolph's Romp : event overview
Rudolph's Romp is scheduled for Saturday 6 December 2025 and starts from Brantingham Village Hall, Main Street, Brantingham, Brough, HU15 1QG (what3words: requests.proceeds.confusion). The route is approximately 25 miles and runs over the Yorkshire Wolds. The course includes woodland, hill and dale, and offers views of the Vale of York and the River Humber. The event is organised by LDWA - East Yorkshire.
Logistics and entries
The event is currently full and is not accepting new entries. Entries opened on 1 July 2025 and closed on 29 November 2025. Minimum age is 18 on the event date. At the time shown there were 338 participants entered and 52 on the waiting list. Entry fee was £15. Withdrawals made before 29 November 2025 are eligible for a refund; withdrawals after that date forfeit the fee.
Food and drink are provided at all checkpoints. Finish items include a badge, a certificate and a meal. Dogs are allowed but must be kept on a short lead at all times. Retirements must be reported at checkpoints only. Participants should follow marshals' directions for parking. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
