About the Rocky Point Race
The Rocky Point Race is organized by Kamino Running Co. It takes place on Saturday, April 4, 2026, at Rocky Point Park in Port Moody.
Two events are offered: a 5 km race and a 1 km kids' race. The 5 km race is on a certified and measured course. It uses chip timing. Each finisher receives a medal and post-race snacks and drinks. The top three male and female finishers will receive prizes.
The free McDonald's 1 km Kids Race is not chip-timed, but participants receive a bib and a finisher medal.
The course travels along the scenic Rocky Point/Shoreline Trail, showcasing the Port Moody Inlet. Race day registration is available. Bib pickup can be done on-site on the event day.
The event will be held regardless of the weather. There are no refunds or deferrals allowed, but registrations can be transferred to another runner.
