About the race
Round The Vines is an annual Martinborough School fundraiser that stages organised fun runs and walks through vineyards that are open to the public for the event. The program offers two course distances and both running and walking options.
The event includes live music, themed hydration stations located along the course, and a prize-giving that features food, wines and live entertainment. Bibs can be collected on the Friday afternoon before the event at the Martinborough School Hall or on the morning of the event at the registration desk in Memorial Square. Last-minute entrants may register at either location.
All entry fees are treated as donations to Martinborough School. Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. The event proceeds regardless of weather.
Ticket categories and example pricing for 2026 include adult, child, family and team options, with higher late ticket prices in the two weeks before the event. The event is based at Memorial Square in Martinborough, South Wairarapa. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
