GR Trail 4 | ACM Club : Greytown
GR Trail is a club series; the number in the event name denotes the round of the series, not a distance. The event is a run/walk that starts from the John Gray Pavilion at Soldiers Memorial Park in Greytown.
Participants choose from three course options, each waymarked with flags and arrows:
- 2 km
- 4 km
- 8 km
Course routing is marked on the day; runners are asked to pass within 5 m either side of a single marker or to pass through the gate when two markers are present. Early starts are offered for participants who need extra time. Morning tea is held after the event and attendees are invited to bring something to share.
Entry fees are specified by membership status: ACM financial members attend free; non-members pay an entry fee of $5 for adults and $3 for children.
