The Rosehill Cemetery "Crypt" 5K Run/Walk takes place on Saturday evening, October 18, 2025, on the grounds of Rosehill Cemetery at 5800 N. Ravenswood Ave, Chicago, IL 60660. The event is the 12th annual 5K on the cemetery property, which is described as a 350-acre Victorian-era cemetery that opened in 1864. The course is candlelit for nighttime running or walking and includes lit statues and scenic paths. All participants receive a long sleeve T-shirt, a finisher medal, and glow items. A post-race party is held at the nearby Fireside Tavern; the event includes entrance to that party and a complimentary sponsored beverage for participants aged 21 and over.

Registration fees vary by date. Examples from the schedule include early fees of $40 and $35, later fees of $45 and $40, and pre-race/race day fees of $52 and $45 for the chip-timed and fun run/walk respectively. Packet pick-up is at Fleet Feet Lincoln Square, 4762 North Lincoln Avenue, Chicago, IL 60625, on Thursday, October 16 and Friday, October 17 from noon to 7pm.
