Entry is available on the day; there is no pre-entry and the universal entry form is used. Entry-on-day fees are £5.00 for members and £6.00 for non-members. Teams are permitted with three scoring members for men and three for women. Junior races take place: U13, U15, U17 and U19 run with the senior race, and a parental consent form is required for all under 18s. The event holds a permit and associated UK Athletics insurance from the FRA. Limited Pay & Display parking is available in Newton-under-Roseberry.
