Spring Fling - Dallas

Spring Fling in Dallas takes place on Sunday April 26, 2026 at Little Elm Park in Little Elm, TX. The event is presented by Bigfoot Running Company and includes in-person and virtual options with onsite amenities such as finisher medals, race shirts, a live DJ, finish line name announcements, aid stations, snacks at a Race Rally Tent, an awards ceremony, and a mascot appearance.

Race distances and options include:

• Kids Dash 20 yard dash for ages 10 and under
• 1 Mile fun run, not chip timed
• 5K 3.11 miles, chip timed
• 10K 6.22 miles
• Volunteer then Run 5K 3.11 miles, includes race bib and finisher medal
• Virtual Run

The 5K and 10K include awards with first overall male and female receiving a Bigfoot trophy and recognition for first masters 40 plus. Standard age group awards are listed for both distances. Youth pricing is available for ages 12 and under to run the 5K or 10K.

Volunteer roles are available in running and non running capacities; volunteer then run entries include a chip timed bib, shirt, and finisher medal. Packet pickup is available on race morning and the organizer guarantees shirts when requested at least ten days before race day. Course surfaces include pavement, crushed granite and dirt paths and events take place in public parks and roads where other park users may be present.
