- 5K - listed as 3.11 miles; chip-timed with awards.
- 10K - listed as 6.22 miles; awards for top finishers.
- Volunteer then Run 5K - run the 5K after volunteering; includes a chip-timed bib, t-shirt, and finisher medal; limited sign-up spots.
- Virtual Run - virtual participation option.
Awards, categories and course
5K and 10K award a 1st overall male and female Bigfoot Trophy and recognition for 1st masters (40+). Standard age-group awards are listed across age bands from 10 & under to 70+. Course surfaces are a mix of pavement, crushed granite, and dirt paths. Events take place in public parks, greenbelts, and roads where other park users may be present.
