DRC's Tal Morrison Half Marathon (13.1, 10K & 5K)
The Dallas Running Club presents a community road race on April 25, 2026 at Winfrey Point in Dallas, TX. The event offers three distances:
- Half marathon (13.1 miles)
- 10K
- 5K
The Dallas Running Club is a volunteer organization established in 1969 to support the local running community. The club stages multiple club races and two half marathons each year; proceeds from the half marathons support a scholarship fund created in honor of the club’s founder. The scholarships assist graduating students who participate in their school cross-country programs.
Registration includes a race participant shirt. Finishers of the half marathon receive a finisher medal. Packet pick-up is available at Luke’s Locker (3046 Mockingbird Ln) on Thursday 4/23 and Friday 4/24, and at Winfrey Point on race morning. Other race notes include in-person placement awards, age group awards in ten-year increments, bag check, shared parking, and a race shirt exchange after the start.
The race policy states there is no refund and no race day registration; entries may be transferred to another participant. Dogs are not permitted except registered service animals. Strollers are permitted but should start toward the back and stay to the right on course unless passing. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
