ROCovery #OMAAT 24-Hour Run/Walk Challenge
The ROCovery #OMAAT (One Mile At A Time) 24-Hour Run/Walk Challenge is an endurance event held at Fellows Road Park in Fairport, NY. The challenge is based on a one-mile loop with terrain consisting of a mix of pavement, gravel, and grass. The course features very little elevation and is marked with reflective flags for visibility during nighttime hours.
Participants may choose to run or walk as many or as few loops as they wish within the 24-hour window. Twelve hours into the event, the course direction reverses. Runners and walkers are permitted to come and go as they please throughout the duration of the challenge. This is a cup-free event, meaning participants must bring their own refillable bottles or hydration systems.
