Rocky Raccoon 100, by USWE Endurance Trail Race

The Rocky Raccoon 100 is a multi-distance endurance trail event held at Huntsville State Park in Huntsville, Texas. The event takes place across Saturday February 7, 2026 and Sunday February 8, 2026 and offers multiple race options for different ages and distances.

The course is composed of five 20 mile loops around the lake. Runners follow gently undulating trails on a bed of pine needles, cross wooden bridges, and pass through stands of tall pines. The surface has few rocks but notable tree roots on the trail. Aid stations are frequent and available day and night. Organizers publish generous cut-offs and operate with a participant cap because park space is limited; some races may fill and move to a wait list.

Event registration includes participant swag. Registrations completed by January 6 receive a race shirt; registrations after that date receive an alternative race swag item such as a cap or neck gaiter. The event includes a youth one mile run for ages 12 and under.
