Black Copperhead Sting
The Black Copperhead Sting is a trail loop running event in Belmont, North Carolina, organized by Dirty Wolf Ultras and scheduled for August 14, 2027 at Rocky Branch Park, 103 Sacco Street. Distances offered include:

The course uses repeated loops of 3.24 miles with approximately 293 feet of elevation gain per loop. The loop sequence is listed as Tread, Canopy, Tread, Eagle, then Finish. The route is marked with red ribbons and arrows.
Aid stations on course provide food and drink items such as pickles, candy, cereal, pretzels, fruit, bacon, water, Tailwind, and sodas. First aid personnel are listed as available on site.
