Rockville 10K/5K - Rockville, MD
The Rockville 10K/5K is a community running event held on Sunday, November 1, 2026, at King Farm Village Center in Rockville, Maryland. The City of Rockville organizes the event in partnership with the Montgomery County Road Runners Club. The races run along the streets of the King Farm community on a course described as scenic and challenging.
The event program includes multiple distances and related provisions:
- 10K Race
- 5K Race
- Kids' 1-Mile Fun Run
A 15:00 min/mile pace will be enforced due to permitting and road re-openings; participants who fall behind that pace will be moved to the sidewalk. Walkers are encouraged to use the 5K distance because of road closure restrictions. Strollers are permitted, and those pushing strollers are asked to seed themselves at the back of the field at the start of their race. Dogs and other pets are not permitted on the course.
Registration opens on July 1. Published entry fees include $40 for the 10K, $40 for the 5K, and $18 for the Kids' 1-Mile Fun Run, with a listed price range from $18 to $45. Race day packet pickup and on-site registration are available. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
