Rock the Block Asheboro - October 17, 2026
Rock the Block Asheboro is a community 5K event hosted by the Shine Bright Foundation on October 17, 2026, at 135 Sunset Ave, Asheboro, NC 27203. The event raises funds to provide financial assistance for therapies, medical expenses, and education for individuals with Down Syndrome and Autism.
The main running event is a 5K race. Registration tier details include an early fee of $30 that ends September 1 and a regular fee of $35 after that date. Registrations completed by September 1 are guaranteed an official race T shirt.
Awards are presented to the top three overall male and female finishers and to top finishers in each age group: 10 and under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over.
