Millstone Creek Apple Cider 5k and 10k
The Millstone Creek Apple Cider event is scheduled for November 7, 2026, at Millstone Creek Orchard, 506 Parks Crossroads Church Road, Ramseur, NC. The event offers two in-person distances:
- 5 km
- 10 km
The 5k course runs through orchard areas with fall foliage. The 10k starts and finishes at the orchard and also passes through downtown Ramseur, where local merchants may be present along the route. The event supports the Ramseur Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Fund and is part of the Piedmont Race Series. DICK'S Sporting Goods is a sponsor and Finish Line Timing provides timing services.
A virtual 5k option is available: participants map and time a 5k course at their chosen location, then submit a time on or before November 1. Top three overall female and male virtual finishers receive awards from DICK'S Sporting Goods; participant items will be mailed the week of November 9.
There is no early packet pickup. Race day registration opens at 7:30 AM and closes at 8:30 AM. Awards will be given to the top three overall male and female finishers and to top three male and female finishers in age groups from 14 & Under through 70+. All participants receive a coupon for an apple cider smoothie from Millstone Creek Orchard. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
