Rock Out Cancer Rockin' 5K - 15 August 2026
The 12th annual Rock Out Cancer Rockin' 5K is a fundraising run/walk held on August 15, 2026 in Midwest City, Oklahoma. The event benefits the OU Stephenson Cancer Center and supports its research in basic, translational, clinical, behavioral, and population-based cancer research.
Participants are encouraged to dress as their favorite rockstar; costumes should be family friendly and participants are advised to wear athletic shoes. Medals will be awarded to the first, second, and third place finishers in the 5K and for Best Costume. All participants receive an event T-shirt.
After the race a festival at The Landing Zone continues with eight bands, a silent auction, food, and music. Parking and check-in are at The Landing Zone parking lot at 8720 SE 15th St, Midwest City, OK 73110. The race course begins near the south side entrance of Regional Park at SE 15th St and Century Blvd.
