16th Annual Rock CF Rivers Half Marathon, 15K, and 5K
The event takes place on March 21, 2027 on the island of Grosse Ile, Michigan, and is organized as the 16th annual running event that supports efforts to outrun cystic fibrosis. The in-person program includes a half marathon, a 15K race, and a 5K run/walk, plus a virtual run option.
