The 15th Annual Rock CF Rivers Half Marathon & 5K takes place on Sunday, March 22, 2026, on Grosse Ile, Michigan. The event includes a range of in-person and virtual options and is organized to support the Rock CF Foundation. The race weekend includes a race expo the day before at Grosse Ile High School.

Start and finish locations vary by event. The half marathon starts and finishes at Grosse Ile High School. The 15K finishes in the Grosse Ile airport area. The 5K starts inside the Naval Station hangar and finishes at Grosse Ile High School. Shuttles will run between the high school and township parking lots on race morning. Virtual participants will receive race packets the week of the event.
Entry fees listed by the organizer are $85 for the half marathon, $70 for the 15K, $40 for the 5K, and $50 for the virtual option. Race field caps are 800 for the half marathon, 300 for the 15K, and 500 for the 5K. The organizer states that 100% of all proceeds support the mission of the Rock CF Foundation.
