15th Annual Rock CF Rivers Half Marathon & 5K
The Rock CF Rivers event takes place on Sunday, March 22, 2026, on Grosse Ile, Michigan. The event includes in-person races and a virtual option, and is organized to support the Rock CF Foundation. The foundation states that 100% of all proceeds support its mission to provide resources for people living with cystic fibrosis; since 2014 it has donated more than 2,000 pairs of running shoes and race entries.

The Half Marathon starts and finishes at Grosse Ile Middle School, 23270 E River Rd, Grosse Ile Township, MI 48138; the 15K finishes near the Grosse Ile Airport area. A race expo is scheduled for Saturday, March 21, at Grosse Ile Middle School. Fundraisers who raise $500 or more receive a set of VIP benefits including priority parking, VIP area access for four people, a personalized stake sign, private gear check, private restrooms, and coffee and snacks.
