18th Annual Robinson Preserve Twilight Run
The Robinson Preserve Twilight 5K & 10K is a family-oriented evening event held at Robinson Preserve in Bradenton, Florida. In its 18th year, the event features courses designed to showcase sunset views across mangrove habitats and rehabilitated farmland. The fundraiser supports the Big Bill Foundation, which provides scholarships to students who have dealt with childhood cancer.
Participants can choose from several event categories:
- 10 km Run/Walk (Timed)
- 5 km Run/Walk (Timed)
- Virtual 10 km (Untimed)
- Virtual 5 km (Untimed)
- Kids Eagle Dash
All registered participants in the 5 km, 10 km, and Kids Dash received a race shirt, a custom finisher's medal, and access to dinner and beverages. The Kids Dash is organized by age groups ranging from 3 to 12 years old. Runners in the 5 km must be at least 5 years old, while the 10 km requires participants to be at least 10 years old.
The evening includes a post-race party under the stars with complimentary food and an awards ceremony. Awards are presented to the 1st place overall and masters winners, as well as the top three finishers in various age brackets for both the 5 km and 10 km distances.
