Ronald McDonald House Firecracker 5K - Pensacola
The Firecracker 5K is scheduled for July 4, 2026 in historic downtown Pensacola and benefits Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northwest Florida. The course starts and finishes at Seville Quarter and is open to runners and walkers. Participants are encouraged to wear red, white, and blue for the Fourth of July theme. A McDonald’s After Party will follow the 5K inside Seville Quarter where finishers can pick up medals, get drinks, and enjoy giveaways.
Distances offered:
- 5K (3.1 miles), in-person and virtual
- Kids Fun Run (1 mile), free
- Virtual 5K and virtual walk options
Regular registration carries a $40 fee. Regular registration ends July 2 at 11:59pm and late registration is $50 beginning July 3 until the race start time on July 4. A virtual "Here for the T-Shirt" option is available for a separate $15 fee.
Packet pickup is available Friday, July 3 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Apple Annie’s within Seville Quarter, 130 E Government St, Pensacola, FL 32502. Race day packet pickup is available within Seville Quarter from 6:00am to 6:45am. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
