Timed events use chip timing with live results and awards; free photos, a designer shirt, and a custom finisher medal are included with many registrations. The 1 Mile, Kid's Dash, and Virtual Event are untimed; the Kid's Dash is for ages 10 and under and includes a youth-sized shirt and a mini bib. Age group awards for the 5K, 10K, and 15K include overall male and female, masters (40+), and top 3 male and female in multiple age brackets. Packet pickup is available on race day before the race; virtual packets are mailed and ship the Wednesday after the race. The event has a no-refund policy; cancellations by the organizer are limited to venue requirements or hazardous course conditions, and participants may be transferred to the virtual event if cancellation occurs.
