Ring the Springs is a trail running event taking place on June 20, 2026, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The event offers three distance options: a 100K, a 50K, and a 35K. All races start and finish at Rock Ledge Ranch, located within the Garden of the Gods park.
Course Information
The 100K route covers approximately 64 miles with about 11,000 feet of elevation gain. It starts at Rock Ledge Ranch, follows the Midland Trail through neighborhoods and parks, ascends into North Cheyenne Cañon, and reaches its high point at Mount Rosa (11,488 feet). It returns via the Columbine Trail to finish at the start location.
The 50K route is a 32.3-mile loop with 5,333 feet of elevation gain and a maximum elevation of 9,085 feet. Starting at Rock Ledge Ranch, it goes through Bear Creek Regional Park and North Cheyenne Cañon before finishing back at the start.
The 35K route, though described as 30K in one section, traverses similar areas including Bear Creek Regional Park and North Cheyenne Cañon. It includes a mix of dirt trails and pavement sections, finishing back at Rock Ledge Ranch amidst the red rock formations of Garden of the Gods. Registration closes on June 15, 2026.
