Ring the Springs is a trail running event on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at Rock Ledge Ranch in Garden of the Gods, Colorado Springs, CO. Course and logistics

All courses start and finish at Rock Ledge Ranch and use trails in North Cheyenne Cañon, Bear Creek Regional Park, and parts of the Pike National Forest and Garden of the Gods. The 100K reaches the highest point on course near Mount Rosa and includes multiple long climbs and descents. Aid stations are positioned along each course; the 100K lists named aid stations and allows drop bags at Rosemont and Captain Jack. Crews are permitted at specified aid stations for the 100K and at the finish for shorter distances. Pacers are permitted for the 100K beginning at designated aid stations; pacers are not allowed for the 50K or 35K. The 100K has an overall time limit of 22 hours; the 35K has a 10-hour limit.
