Rib Mountain Trail Races
Rib Mountain Trail Races take place on trails in Rib Mountain State Park near Wausau, WI. The event offers multiple trail distances and a free kids run. The course follows the same route used in 2025 and routes include notable climbs, including a section called "The Hill."

The organizer names Bone & Joint as the exclusive sports medicine provider; their sports medicine team will staff a triage and aid station at the start and finish area. Aid stations on course are cupless, and the event provides compost and recycling stations plus compostable food trays as part of a green initiative.
Finish line activities include food, music, and local beer with a post race meal and drink provided to racers and volunteers; spectators may purchase food and drinks onsite.
