Rhode Island Family Turkey Trot 5K
The Rhode Island Family Turkey Trot 5K is scheduled for Thursday, November 26, 2026 in Pawtucket, RI. The event includes in-person and virtual options, with a youth trot for children aged 12 and under that starts and finishes at the 5K finish line. Parents may run with their children, and walkers are welcome. Baby strollers must line up at the back for safety, and no pets are allowed. There are no refunds.

Pre-registered participants in the 5K and youth race receive a t-shirt; shirts are not guaranteed for registrations on race day. Virtual participants may pick up shirts at pre-race packet pickup or have shirts mailed after race day if pickup is not possible. Virtual results are submitted online and virtual participation counts toward several race series, including the Run Rhody Grand Slam, the Greendale Physical Therapy Worcester Triple Crown, and the Tour de Patrick series.
Awards are given to the top three overall individuals, age-group winners across multiple age brackets, and team awards for the top Family and Friends team (top three scores). The kids race awards the top three boys and top three girls.
