Online entry fees for the 5K vary by registration period, with higher fees closer to race day and a higher walk-up fee on race day. Youth entry fees follow a similar tiered structure with a race day fee. Online registration closes the evening before the race. Participants who preregister before November 26 receive a t-shirt; shirts are not guaranteed for race day registrations.
Race packet pickup is available in Providence on the two days before the race at Marathon Sports, Providence Place, and there is a race day packet pickup option. Virtual participants can submit results online and may have shirts mailed after the event if they cannot pick them up.
Awards include top overall finishers for men, women, and non-binary, age-group winners across standard ranges, and a team prize for top teams scored by chip time. Overall results are scored by gun time where noted.
The event collects non-perishable food for the Pawtucket Soup Kitchen at packet pickup and on race morning. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
