Revolutionary Mile - Downtown Trenton
Revolutionary Mile takes place in downtown Trenton at S. Warren and W. Front Streets. The event uses a roughly 1.5 mile course that passes cobblestone streets and local landmarks, with guided storytelling elements along the route.
There are two event options:
- 1.55 Miles - 1.55 Mile Run
- Historic Footsteps - walking on the same course
The run uses a team format where groups combine times to determine results. Companies, schools, and community groups may form teams led by a team captain, and individuals may join existing teams. The walking option includes storytelling prompts and marked guidance along the route.
The event is part of the Nation's 250th celebration. Guided route features include yellow umbrellas and interpretive prompts to highlight local history. Registration opens on 2026-07-01 and closes on 2026-10-12. The registration fee is $30 per participant. Each participant receives a $10 downtown gift card.
