Revolutionary Mile : October 15
The Revolutionary Mile is a team-focused running and walking event through downtown Trenton, centered on a 1½-mile course that passes cobblestone streets and local landmarks. The course includes guided storytelling elements and is marked with yellow umbrellas.
Two event options are offered:
- 1.55 Miles
- Walking route (distance not specified)
Participation is open to corporate groups, schools, and community organizations. Companies form teams led by a team captain; individuals may also join existing teams. Teams compete for the fastest combined time in the running format, while the walking format follows a reflective route with storytelling prompts.
Registration opens on July 1 and closes on October 5. The listed registration fee for each event option is $35. Each participant receives a $10 downtown gift card.
The event takes place at S. Warren and W. Front Streets in downtown Trenton, NJ. It is presented as part of the nation’s 250th celebration and includes both competitive and history-focused elements along the short urban course. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
