Revolutionary Mile - Trenton, NJ
Revolutionary Mile is a team-based running and walking event held in downtown Trenton at S. Warren and W. Front Streets. The event uses a 1½-mile course that passes cobblestone streets and local landmarks and includes guided storytelling elements marked by yellow umbrellas.
The program includes two event options:
- 1.55 Mile Run
- Historic Footsteps walking event on the 1½ mile course
Teams may be formed by companies, schools, and community groups and are led by a team captain; individuals may join existing teams. The running format records combined team times, and the walking route includes storytelling prompts for a reflective pace.
The event is presented as part of the nation’s 250th celebration. Organizers provide a $10 downtown gift card to each participant. Registration opens on 2026-07-08 and closes on 2026-10-12. The published registration fee is $30 per participant.
