Event overview
The Reston Sprint Triathlon is held annually on the first Sunday in June in Reston, Virginia. The event includes three race options: Sprint Triathlon, Aquathon, and Sprint Relay. The venue address is 11601 Lake Newport Road, Reston, VA 20194.
The Sprint Triathlon course includes swimming in Lake Newport pool, a bike ride on the streets of Reston, and a run on local pathways:
- 400-meter swim in Lake Newport pool
- 12-mile bike on the streets of Reston

A post-race beer garden takes place after the event.
