Renegade Rose Men's Triathlon

The Renegade Rose Men's Triathlon takes place on March 15, 2026 at the Spray Lake Sawmills Centre in Cochrane, Alberta. The event consists of three consecutive segments, all held indoors. The swim is a 10-minute timed effort in a pool, where participants swim as many lengths as possible. The bike is a 20-minute segment on a stationary bike, with a coach leading a course. The run is a 15-minute walk or run segment on an indoor track.

Participants are divided into start heats, with heats scheduled for 7:00 AM, 7:15 AM, 7:30 AM, and 7:45 AM. Each heat has a group leader who stays with participants throughout the event. A change room is available and participants must bring a lock. Event-specific swim caps are provided. After the race, a finisher's medal and a Jugo Juice drink are awarded.
