Event Overview
The Reindeer Run 5K & Kids 1/2 Mile is a winter sporting event held in Rochester. The in-person races take place at the Blue Cross Arena at 100 Exchange Boulevard. Participants are encouraged to wear festive holiday gear for this family-oriented event. For those unable to attend the physical location, virtual options are available for both the 5K and the youth race, allowing participants to complete their run on a route of their choosing.

- Virtual 5K
- In Person Kids 1/2 Mile (open to ages 3-12)
- Virtual Kids 1/2 Mile (open to ages 12 and under)
Participant Amenities and Awards
Participants in the 5K events receive a long-sleeve cotton t-shirt, an event bib, a finisher medal, and a digital certificate. In-person 5K runners also have access to post-race snacks and electronic RFID timing. Registration for the kids' races includes a finisher medal, while t-shirts for the youth events are available for an additional fee.
This race is part of the 9-race Fleet Feet Grand Prix Series. Cash prizes are awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers in the 5K. Additionally, awards are provided to the first-place finishers in five-year age groups ranging from 14 and under to 80 and over. A pair of reindeer antlers is available for the first 400 individuals who attend the pre-race packet pickup. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
