Rhoades McKee Reeds Lake Triathlon / Duathlon
The event takes place on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at John Collins Park in East Grand Rapids, Michigan. Event services are provided by Classic Race Management. Multiple race formats are scheduled for the sprint distance.
- Triathlon: 750 meter swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run
- Duathlon: 5 km run, 20 km bike, 5 km run
- AquaBike: 750 meter swim, 20 km bike
- Relay: 750 meter swim, 20 km bike, 5 km run
- Swim only: 750 meter swim
Age divisions are specified for both triathlon and duathlon. Triathlon age groups for men and women include 19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70 and up. Duathlon age groups for men and women include 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and up.
A course tour video and photos from prior years are available. Post-race refreshments will be provided in Gerken Plaza and awards and the post-race celebration will be held on Wege Plaza.
