Event Overview
The Rhoades McKee Reeds Lake Triathlon is a long-running multi-sport event, with the 2026 edition being its 42nd annual iteration. The event takes place on the shores of Reeds Lake in East Grand Rapids, Michigan.

All events are open to participants aged 12 and over. A special Elite Sprint Championship wave is available for the triathlon, requiring qualifying times and a separate application.
Course Details
The courses utilize the local area:
- Swim: A U-shaped course in Reeds Lake.
- Bike (Sprint): A two-loop course around Reeds Lake, including Hall Street, Plymouth Street, and Wealthy Street through downtown.
- Run: A course through the neighborhoods of East Grand Rapids.
