Overview
The Red White & Blue Festival 5K is a road race presented by the Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce at the ASU Campus in Mountain Home, Arkansas. The event is a 5K run held in June and takes place at 1600 S College St., Mountain Home, AR 72653. The published entry fee is $30.
Course and logistics
The course starts in front of The Sheid and finishes at the Keller Fountain in the center of campus. Runners enter the ASUMH walking path at mile 0.2 and proceed clockwise. The route consists of two laps, with one aid station located at the halfway point offering Gatorade and water, which participants will pass twice. Packet pickup and on-site registration are available on race day; paper on-site registrations do not receive a t-shirt. Athletes check in at the center of campus at the Keller Fountain and walk together to the start after pre-race announcements.
Included items and awards
Timing is chip-based (based on gun start). The event provides a race-day t-shirt for registrants (subject to registration timing), finisher medals, and age-division medals awarded three-deep. Post-race snacks are provided. Overall awards are given to the top three male and female finishers. Age divisions run from 0-10 up to 70+.
