David's Trail Endurance Run

David's Trail Endurance Run takes place on January 24, 2026, at 278 CR 763, Mountain Home, Arkansas, near Lake Norfork in the Ozarks. The event uses a mix of single-track and double-track trails and includes substantial elevation change. The 50K route features more than 5,000 ft of elevation gain. The 25K route includes about 2,400+ ft of elevation gain. Races are held regardless of weather conditions.

The event follows ATRA event standards and directs proceeds to trail expansion. Cash purses and prizes are offered, including cash for top male and female competitors who break a course record. The race has a cupless policy for on-course aid stations and the post-race meal; participants are encouraged to bring a hand-held bottle or purchase a HyraPak SpeedCup for $5. Friends and family may purchase wristbands to access the post-race food. For the post-race feast, attendees are asked to bring their own plates, cups, and utensils.

Packet pickup and on-site registration are available at Rocking Chair Resort the day before and the morning of the race. Additional race information and logistical details are available on the event website. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
