About the race
Riverside Park in Kemptville hosts a combined triathlon and duathlon that finishes with a run inside the park. Triathletes begin with a pool swim located inside Riverside Park, cycling takes place in part on a closed highway, and the entire run is held on park trails that end on a paved section. The course layout allows spectators to view the swim and the run from a single location.
