Red Shoe 5k - National Harbor
Red Shoe 5k is an annual fundraiser for Ronald McDonald House Washington DC held at National Harbor in Oxon Hill, MD. The event awards points toward the Year-Long 5k and Back of the Pack Series and toward the organizer's Fall Series.

- 5k
The course follows the Potomac waterfront and includes varied surfaces with some gravel and a slight incline. The kids course begins in front of the jumbotron near the National Harbor Ferris Wheel. There is at least one water station along the 5k course at about mile 1.55; Gatorade may be available at some stations. Portable restrooms are located near the start and finish areas.
Participants receive a finisher’s medal, a technical (drifit) event shirt, and the 5k is chip timed. Live results are posted online and final race results with series points are posted by the Monday after the event. Packet pickup is available at the event; same day registration is offered but shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed for race day entries.
Parking is available around National Harbor at paid garages and on-street locations near 149 National Plaza, Oxon Hill, MD 20745.
