Red Ribbon 5K Run/Walk & Kids Fun Run
The Red Ribbon 5K Run/Walk is the ninth annual certified Red Ribbon 5K held at the Sugar Creek community. The event takes place at Clubhouse #3, 119 Stonecrest Road, Greer, SC, and includes a separate Kids Fun Run.

Registration opens July 4, 2026 and closes August 31, 2026. The registration fee is $20. To be guaranteed a T shirt, registrations must meet the September 23 deadline; after that, only limited sizes will be available. Race day packet and T shirt pickup will be provided.
The course will be marked with fluorescent duct tape. There is no parking at Clubhouse #3. Participants may use parking at Airport Baptist Church, 776 South Batesville Road. No parking is allowed on Devenger Road.
Awards will recognize the overall top three male and top three female finishers, and the top three finishers in each age group. Age groups include 0-9, 10-11, 12-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-69, and 70 plus.
All proceeds will support the event mission to keep children and the community healthy, safe and drug free. Admission is described as affordable for parents and children. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
