Event Overview
The Reading Triathlon, Aquathlon & Aquabike takes place at the historic Kirton's Farm Water Sports Centre, now known as the Hi5 Open Water Swim Centre in Reading. This event was the first triathlon held in the UK, originating in 1983. It is organized by the Tri2O Triathlon Club.

The course begins with an open water swim at the Hi5 Open Water Swim Centre. The cycle route travels through local lanes in Burghfield, Mortimer, Silchester, Stratfield Saye, and Grazeley. The event concludes with a run on a lakeside trail. Distances vary per race format.

The event is located at the Hi5 Open Water Swim Centre, Pingewood, Reading. It is easily accessible from the M4 motorway and is a short walk from Green Park train station. There is no on-site participant or spectator parking; the designated car park is a 10-15 minute walk away at 100 Longwater Avenue, Green Park.
