Event details
The Randolph County Young Life Winter Sprinter 5k is set for Saturday, December 6, 2025, in Asheboro, North Carolina. The in-person start location is Bicentennial Park in downtown Asheboro. The event includes the following distances:
- 5k Run
- 5k Dog Jog
- 5k Kid's Discount (16 years old and under)
The race route passes through downtown Asheboro. Christmas attire is encouraged. Proceeds will support Randolph County Young Life to help youth attend camp.
Logistics and registration
Entry fees listed on the event page are $35 for the 5k Run and 5k Dog Jog, and $30 for the Kid's Discount (16 and under). Online registration is available through December 4, 2025. Early packet pickup is Friday, December 5, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Young Life office. In-person registration and race-day packet pickup are available during packet pickup and on race morning beginning at 8:00 a.m. A sweatshirt order requires registration by November 20, 2025.
