Event
The Rame Head Race is held at Mount Edgcumbe, Cremyll, Torpoint (postcode PL10 1HZ). The course is a single loop of the Mount Edgcumbe peninsula, running mostly on coast path with varied terrain and views. Two laps equal a half marathon and four laps equal a marathon. The marathon has a cut-off time of 7.5 hours.

Age minimums are specified for each event. The course is fully marked and marshaled and includes kilometer markers. Event services listed include professional chip timing, professional first aid, finishers medals for all, podium medals for top finishers in several veteran categories, feed stations, event photographs, and public liability insurance. Camping on site is available for an additional charge, with parking available nearby for a fee. Foot passengers can use the Cremyll Ferry from Plymouth; the crossing takes about eight minutes and a special early ferry service is provided for competitors and marshals.
