Event
Rame Head Race is a trail running event on 13 June 2026 at Mount Edgcumbe, Cremyll, Torpoint (PL10 1HZ). The course is based on a single coastal loop of roughly 10.5 km, mostly on coast path, with a mix of hills and flatter sections. The route is run in multiple laps for different distances. The marathon has a cut-off time of 7.5 hours.
Race distances
- Marathon: 26.2 miles (4 laps)
- Half Marathon: 13.1 miles (2 laps)
- 10K: about 10.5 km (1 lap)
- 10K Canicross: 10 km (1 lap)
- Kids: 1K and 2K races
Age limits are specified for each race category (for example, marathon entrants must be 17 or older on the day).
Facilities and logistics
The event provides finishers medals and podium prizes, professional chip timing, marshal- and kilometer-marked course, feed stations, and on-site first aid. Event photography is offered (social-resolution images with event logo; high-resolution downloads available for a charge). Camping is available on site for an extra charge. There is paid parking near event headquarters and a short ferry crossing from Plymouth to the start/finish is arranged for foot passengers.
