Devon and Cornwall Backyard Ultra

The Devon and Cornwall Backyard Ultra is an endurance running event where participants aim to complete 4.167 miles every hour, on the hour, for as many laps as possible. Each circuit must be finished within 60 minutes, allowing time for recovery before the next lap. The event continues until only one runner remains, who is declared the winner.

This challenge encourages runners to push their limits, with many achieving personal bests. Camping is included in the entry fee, and all proceeds support those living with bowel cancer. The event will take place in August 2025. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
