Ralston Independence Day Fun Run/Walk 2027
The Ralston Independence Day Fun Run/Walk takes place on July 4, 2027, at 5500 South 77th Street in Ralston, Nebraska. The event marks a 50th anniversary of the community race and features routes that run through tree-lined streets of Ralston.
Two course options are offered:
- 3 Mile fun run through tree-lined streets.
- 1 Mile walk/run through neighborhood streets.
Packet pickup is at Centennial Hall, 5500 S 77th Street, on July 3 and July 4; specific pickup times are listed for those dates. Participants who register by noon on June 23 are listed as eligible to receive a custom event t-shirt; t-shirts are not guaranteed for later registrations. Race-day registration is available but those entries appear in the final standings as "Race Day Registration" and are not eligible for awards.
The event is organized by the Ralston Optimist Club, a non-profit organization with a mission to support and help the youth of the community.
