Rally for Rebecca 5K Walk-Run-Roll and Fun Run
The Rally for Rebecca 5K Walk-Run-Roll and Fun Run is the fifth annual fundraiser taking place on May 23, 2026 at Plainview Old Bethpage Middle School in Plainview, NY. The event supports the nonprofit Help Hope Live and donates all proceeds to that campaign in honor of a Plainview resident.
Participants may join in person or choose a virtual option with a posting window from May 23 to May 31 for submitting times and photos. In-person amenities include event shirts while supplies last, downloadable finish-line photos, live online results, and medals for all Fun Run participants. There will also be an art sale featuring original paintings by the honoree.
Distances and participation choices:
- 5K Walk Run Roll including a wheelchair category
- Untimed Fun Run for children 12 and under
- Virtual 5K with instructions for uploading times and photos
Awards are planned for overall top finishers, top local residents, wheelchair racers, multiple age-group categories, and the largest team. The event is hosted by friends and family and supported by local organizations. Volunteers are asked to report at assigned times and will receive instructions by email.
