Rainbow Run, Rock & Roll
Rainbow Run, Rock & Roll is a community 5K fun run, walk and roll held at Truckee Regional Park in Truckee, California. The course is on the Truckee River Legacy Trail and the event includes separate participant categories for adults, children ages 5 to 17, and children 4 years and under.
The organized activity is followed by a mini-festival at the Lower River Barbecue Area. The mini-festival features live musical performances, local vendors, informational community booths and games. The event is presented as part of the launch of Truckee’s third annual PRIDE Week.
Registration fees are listed by age group: adults pay $30, children ages 5 to 17 pay $20, and children 4 years and younger participate free of charge. Parking is available at Truckee Regional Park, and participants may also park on East River Street by the footbridge and walk up to the trail start; event signage will guide attendees to the start area.
