Railway City Road Races 2026 Live Run
The event takes place on September 27, 2026 in St. Thomas, Ontario, with the CASO Station serving as the start and finish area. Routes use paved recreation and hiking trails and pass local landmarks including Elm Street, Parkside High School, Lake Margaret and the entrance to Pinafore Park.
Offered distances include:
- Half Marathon 21.1 km through city sites
- 10 km route along trails and beside Lake Margaret
- 5 km out and back to Pinafore Park entrance
- 1 km Choo Choo Challenge for children 10 and under
- Student categories 5 km and 10 km at a reduced rate
Finishers receive a medal. For some distances a tech shirt is included for registrations completed before September 6, 2026; shirt purchase options are available for other categories. The Youth Unity Run runs alongside the 5 km and 10 km and encourages high school participation through a schools competition focused on unity and anti bullying efforts.
